Epson introduces two ultra-bright projectors coming for an affordable price. The Epson VS410 and VS350W have been equipped with E-TORL lamp technology which ensure a lamp life up to 4,000 hours in economy mode.
The Epson VS410 is a XGA projector coming with 4000 lumens of brightness while the VS350W comes with 3500 lumens and widescreen WXGA at 1280 x 800 resolution. There’s a USB Plug ‘n Play function that will enable you to project images from your Mac or PC.
The Epson VS410 and VS350W ultra-bight projectors will become available in September.
InFocus IN1110 and IN1112 projectors introduced

InFocus introduces a couple new projectors to its IN1100 series of small-size, light projectors. The duo, coming in the form of the IN1110 and IN1112 are the new lightweight options for you. The InFocus IN1112 projector features a 1024 x 800 resolution, 2600:1 contrast ratio and 2200 lumens.
The InFocus IN1110 and IN1112 also provide HDMI connection as well as S-Video, composite, VGA and USB.
the InFocus IN1110 comes with a $975 price tag while the IN1112 comes with a $1099 price tag.
Hitachi CP-X2514WN Projector introduced

Hitachi presents the company’s latest release, in the form of the CP-X2514WN projector. This new projector from Hitachi comes with 2,700 ANSI lumens of brightness, 3,000:1 contrast ratio and 1024 x 768 XGA resolution.
As for connectivity, Hitachi CP-X2514WN packs RGB, HDMI, Composite and component connections as well as wireless connectivity, which comes in quite handy if you consider the benefits. You will be able connect it to other devices from a distance and this could be considered a huge selling point for this particular projector.
If you’re interested in acquiring this device, you’ll have to wait a bit longer. The company hasn’t made public any pricing information or a release date.
Sanyo PLC-WU3800 Projector announced

Sanyo outed the PLC-HP7000L projector just a couple of days ago and now it’s time for the PLC-WU3800 to take the stage.
The Sanyo PLC-WU3800 Wide XGA projector features no more than 3800 lumens of brightness, 1280 x 800 Ture WXGA resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio and a 275-watt lamp to help it achieve the highest level of brightness in its class.
This one is dedicated to business purposes and will work great even in bight classrooms or conference rooms. It’s even got an Auto Setup Function so the installation is a breeze.
Sanyo has equipped the PLC-WU3800 with a 1.6x zoom lens that will help it project images form a distance between 3.25 to 39.70 feet.
The connectivity functions are quite extensive also. The PLC-WU3800 comes with dual D-sub inputs for RGB and Component signals, S-video, and Composite RCA video and HDMI 1.3b inputs.
The Sanyo PLC-WU3800 will soon be available in stores for $1995.
Sanyo PLC-HP7000L Full HD Projector

Sanyo announces a new projector for the US, dubbed PLC-HP7000L. This Full HD projector is powered by the company’s QuaDrive engine, features 1920 x 1080 resolution and 10-bit video processing and no more than 7000 lumens using a single high watt lamp.
The Sanyo PLC-HP7000L comes with Color Control Device, enabling this HD projector to offer 20% wider color space more than 3LCD. The Active Maintenance Filter coming with the PLC-HP7000L enables 10,000 hours of active use with little or no maintenance. You will also be able to find Picture in Picture and Picture by Picture functions.
Further more, the PLC-HP7000L features ease and speed for setup and one HDMI input for connection with devices in your home. You will also get six lenses and a 360 degree vertical lens for flexibility when determining projector location.
Sanyo PLC-HP7000L will be released in October for $19,995.
Acer X1261P 3D DLP Projector

Acer has a new 3D DLP projector for the US market, which has been dubbed X1261P and is now available on amazon.com for $399.
The Acer X1261P is the latest 3D projector in the company’s X1 series and you will be able to use it with both PC or Mac. This projector will deliver 1024×768 resolution, while also featuring 2700 Lumens of brightness, 3700:1 contrast ratio while also supporting 1080p Full HD. The 180W lamp will last up to 6000 hours in economy mode.
The Acer X1261P is a budget solution that you might consider for business presentations or classroom usage.
Casio XJ-H1650 and H1600 Projectors announced

Casio is mostly known for its watches and now also for its projectors. The company has just released two brand new projectors which have been dubbed Casio XJ-1650 and H1600. These two Casio projectors come with 3500 ANSI lumens of brightness without using high-pressure Mercury lamp. You will be able to project directly from you smartphone to these devices with the aid of the MobiShow software and WiFi connection these devices come with, while 3D projection requires Casio’s 3D glasses.
Other features include LED Hybrid Light Source and Casio’s original laser, 20,000 hours of lamp lifetime while connectivity options include RGB, HDMI, USB 2.0 and RS-232C. Further more, there’s a Brightness Control function coming with these two projectors, which will automatically adjust brightness depending on the lighting conditions in the room.
The Casio XJ-H1650 and H1600 projectors have been announced for June 2011 but there’s no information about pricing at this time.
Sony VPL-EW130 3LCD projector

The VPL-EW130 is a 3LCD projector announced by Sony for the near future. This new 3LCD projector aims for educational and business markets alike and comes with a 1280 x 800 resolution, 3000 ANSI lumens, a lamp life up to 6000 hours and a 2600:1 contrast ratio. Sony also announces that their Sony VPL-EW130 will also include a 1W mono speaker as well as a HDMI connector and will consume only 1W in standby mode.
Sony hasn’t released a price for the VPL-EW130, but it seems this 3LCD projector will become available in May 2011.
BenQ W1100 Full HD Projector

BenQ has announced the release of their new W1100 projector in Europe. The BenQ W1100 Full HD entertainment projector features DLP technology while other technical details include a 4500:1 contrast ratio, SRS WOW HD technology, Full HD 1080p resolution and an optical system comprised of 12 lens elements which will improve image sharpness.
We don’t know the price tag but BenQ has announced its availability for later this month.

Acer H536BD – the affordable 3D projector

These days there’s a wide array of choices if you were planning to purchase a 3D projector. Considering the prices however, most of the time people decide to go another way. Fortunately, there are also lower-end projectors available on the market today, such as the new Acer H536BD.
