Panasonic DMP-BDT110 3D Blu-Ray Player Review
May 11, 2011 3D, Blu-Ray Players
Panasonic has introduced its 3D Blu-Ray player line-up back in January at the CES 2011 in Las Vegas. Panasonic’s 2011 line-up includes three new models, namely the DMP-BDT110, DMP-BDT210 and the DMP-BDT310. The Panasonic DMP-BDT110 is the entry-level model of the 2011 line from Panasonic but it sure doesn’t look like it.
In terms of features, the DMP-BDT110 doesn’t look at all like an entry-level player. For around $100 you will get 3D playback, color processing, 2D to 3D conversion, Viera Cast through wireless connectivity, DLNA as well as enhanced ergonomics and, of course, the quality of a Panasonic product.
Panasonic DMP-BDT110 Features
- The Panasonic DMP-BDT110 will payback the latest 3D blockbuster in amazing high-definition to place you right in the middle of the action, while the 3D Effect Controller will allow users more control over the leaping effects of 3D images to best suit your preferences.
- This Blu-Ray Player is also able to turn your old DVD collection into 3D with the 2D to 3D conversion feature. This is a feature introduced this year to compensate for the lack of 3D content currently on the market.
- The Panasonic VIERA Cast service will allow users to playback streaming content from popular streaming services such as Netflix or YouTube and even tweet or read the latest news from Bloomberg right in front of your HDTV
- To further expand the array of connectivity options coming with this entry-level player, you will also find the ability to Skype your friends with only a click of a button on your remote control. The Skype capabilities also include Auto Answering Video Message, Video Voice Mail Recording and Stand-By mode.
- The Panasonic DMP-BDT110 Blu-Ray player is also a DLNA enabled device, a feature which will allow content streaming to and from other DLNA enabled devices in your home.
The Panasonic DMP-BDT110 doesn’t look at all like an entry-level Blu-Ray player. The features are well worth your money and will provide an amazing 3D experience for you and your family. The Panasonic DMP-BDT110 is now on sale at amazon.com for just $118.
